We had a fabuous experience! and please thank Bill Harrop's son for making it so unique and quite enjoyable! He joined us on our adventure and talked about the flight and what we were seeing! Everything was done so professionally that any fears or trepidation were removed the moment we stepped aboard. Thank you again! We had a wonderful time flying with you on the hot air balloon. This was my first time to fly without a propulsions system. We have wonderful photos and High definition video from the flight. Every time we watch the video, we will always remember our first flight via a hot air balloon over your small part of the world.

The flight was excellent and our pilot Tracy was informative and very entertaining, especially when she landed the basket on the trailer. The breakfast afterwards was of top quality and I will definitely highly recommend the experience for future groups, without a doubt.

Having not seen your operation for many years (and knowing a bit about the early days), I must say that I think what you have achieved is absolutely phenomenal! The degree of professionalism and sophistication of your operation is truly impressive. Besides the amazing sensation of the flight itself, your set up has a real touch of class; from the support teams, the quality and presentation of the food to the infrastructure and the obvious behind the scenes perfection, not to mention your vision for the future - I could go on and on.................! The whole operation exudes a marvellous reflection of your personal disposition, energy, enthusiasm and dedication. This was a morning not to forget with two landings in one flight and adding two more passengers during the flight made this flight even more exciting then ever! With Tracy, our extraordinary pilot flying low to the water surface and providing us with breathtaking views, this was excellent!

I am the one that has to thank YOU! It truly was an amazing experience, both at Mount Grace (where we were upgraded!!!!) and on the Balloon ride.
