This is a sincere note to ALL at Bill Harrop's "Original" Balloon Safaris for a really memorable flight on Saturday morning.We were privileged to have perfect weather ....... but more importantly the total professionalism of the whole operation from booking the flight, the check-in in by .... yes .... the 'original' Bill Harrop, to the really super pilot Manie Nel, the ground staff, the kitchen crew ..... well by just
everybody involved in making this a memorable occasion, is commendable. The professionalism is a credit to an organisation that is service orientated and works very hard to keep this standard. You have reason to be proud of

What an amazing trip ! This is something we would never have done were it not for our 25th anniversary - we were looking for something different and we certainly got it. Tracy, our pilot for the trip, kept us very entertained throughout the flight and I would recommend her to anyone who was going up in a balloon for the first time. She was fantastic !
We found the Champagne breakfast very well catered for and all the staff very professional and friendly. I will most definitely do this again (maybe for our 50th anniversary, ha ha )
The lodge was also good. Food excellent and staff very helpful, polite and friendly. Just not enough time to enjoy to the fullest.
Thanks a ton, we had a great time.

We had a fabuous experience! and please thank Bill Harrop's son for making it so unique and quite enjoyable! He joined us on our adventure and talked about the flight and what we were seeing! Everything was done so professionally that any fears or trepidation were removed the moment we stepped aboard. Thank you again!
We had a wonderful time flying with you on the hot air balloon. This was my first time to fly without a propulsions system. We have wonderful photos and High definition video from the flight. Every time we watch the video, we will always remember our first flight via a hot air balloon over your small part of the world.

The flight was excellent and our pilot Tracy was informative and very entertaining, especially when she landed the basket on the trailer. The breakfast afterwards was of top quality and I will definitely highly recommend the experience for future groups, without a doubt. |
